How to Submit a Helpful Report

Please include as much detail as you can. This helps us quickly reproduce the issue and release a fix.

Required Bug Report Format

Copy and fill out the format below when emailing your report:

1. Description of the Issue:
What exactly is happening? Example: “Ads appear before videos.”

2. Steps to Reproduce:
What should we do to see the issue? Example: - Open YouTube - Click on any video - Pre-roll ad appears

3. Browser & Version:
Example: Chrome 124.0

4. Extension Version:
You can find this in chrome://extensions → GoldenAdblocker.

5. Operating System:
Windows, macOS, Linux, ChromeOS, etc.

6. Additional Notes:
Screenshots, errors, special flags, extensions, etc.

Why Detailed Reports Matter

Issues are much easier to fix when we know exactly what is happening. Detailed reports can be resolved much faster than those with only minimal information.
